Engaged communities are vital to increase excellence with equity in education. Together, let’s support increased family and community engagement in our schools.
Engaged communities—with families at the center—are vital to improving student and school outcomes. The KY Collaborative for Families and Schools was created to build and sustain engagement support and resources for Kentucky families, schools and communities in this critical work.
Our goal is to help families & communities ensure more children enter kindergarten ready to learn. Achieving 3rd grade reading & math proficiency is crucial for long lasting student success. A successful transition to life after high school is needed for EVERY student.

STUDENT VOICE TEAM
The Prichard Committee Student Voice Team consists of approximately 100 self-selected students, elementary school through college, from across the Commonwealth who work to integrate students as partners to improve Kentucky schools.
